★★★★☆ This was my first time using Heavens Best and after speaking with the owners about getting my new sofa cleaned and stain protected, I was glad to make the choice. I purchased a designer sofa that was a store sample. I called at least 10 places and the quotes were substantially more and price quotes seemed to increase on a whim. Heavens Best quoted me a price that stayed the same. The technicians Alex and Mandy were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, fast and mindful of using foot covers. The sofa looked better and left a wonderful fragrant scent from the product they used. Alex was very good about calling and keeping me updated about their ETA. When it's time to get other items cleaned, I will be calling Heavens Best, in fact I saved them as a contact in my phone.

My carpeting is only 2-1/2 years old, but I have a dog that occasionally throws up that bile, which is very, very hard to get out of the carpeting. Heavens Best process of cleaning is, they vacuum, pre-treat stains, deodorizer, natural color brightener, clean and rake the carpet. I definitely saw a difference in the color (brighter) in the carpeting. AND IT DRIES IN AN HOUR!
